Who are we

With 25 years of experience in strategy, M&A, and entrepreneurship, Tom brings a unique combination of analytical acumen and practical experience. He has overseen more than 100 deals, spent ten years as CEO of private equity owned firms, and spent seven years as Strategy & M&A Director at CRH, a listed multinational, where he led international projects.

Over the past three years, he has built a strong reputation in Belgium with Beyers Advisory, where he has guided entrepreneurs through acquisitions, sales processes, and strategic-financial issues. His strength lies in combining sharp analysis with a pragmatic entrepreneurial approach and always with an investor's perspective.

Filip has been active in corporate finance and M&A for 20 years. He began his career at EY, where he worked for 12 years in Brussels and Johannesburg, gaining international deal experience. In 2019, he founded Marktlink Belgium, which he built over six years into an established player in the Belgian M&A market. To date, he and his teams have completed more than 100 transactions.

Today, Filip combines his international experience with a strong local network of entrepreneurs and investors. He is known for his sharp process, pragmatic approach, and natural entrepreneurial instinct  allowing him in consistently making a difference in every deal.
